Tools that use AI (such as NaraSEO AI) generate suggestions based on publicly available page data and AI language models. These suggestions are informational only. Naraway does not guarantee that AI-generated suggestions will improve your search rankings or meet any specific business outcome. You are solely responsible for reviewing and implementing any AI suggestions.
All tool designs, code, branding, and content are the property of Naraway unless otherwise stated. You retain full ownership of any content, data, or documents you create using our tools (e.g., invoices, reports). By using our tools, you grant Naraway a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Naraway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our tools, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, rankings, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Our tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, virus-free, or secure.
Our tools may connect to third-party services (e.g., Anthropic Claude AI for NaraSEO AI). Use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Naraway is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party service.
The NaraSEO AI Chrome extension is provided for SEO analysis purposes only. By installing the extension, you agree that it may read the HTML content of pages you actively audit. The extension does not collect browsing history or transmit data without your explicit action. Use of the extension in jurisdictions where such tools are restricted is your responsibility.
Naraway reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our tools after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our tools shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
